What is your shipping policy?Shipping and Return Policy Thank you for shopping with us! Below you will find all the details regarding shipping and returns for your online purchase. Shipping Policy Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the product and the delivery destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Delivery Area: We currently offer delivery within the continental United States only. We do not ship to locations outside of this area. Processing Time: We process all orders within 2 business days of receipt, with most orders being processed the same day. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination location. Shipping Delays: While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please note that once an order is with USPS, we cannot control any delays caused by the postal service. Missing Items: If you are missing any items from your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving the issue. Return Policy Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. We will issue a full refund for the defective item, including the cost of return shipping. What if the board is broken?Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. We will issue a full refund for the defective item, including the cost of return shipping.

Is the glass precut?Yes, each kit comes with all the items you need to complete your project, including precut glass.

How long have you been in business?We have been in business in Lubbock, Texas since 2009.

Do you have online classes?Not yet, but we plan to add them in 2025. Follow us on social media and come back often as we update inventory and offer online classes.

Are these premade?Our kits are DIY but we give you the instructions to complete the kit yourself. We provide all the necessary materials and have examples on the website for you to follow, or you can create your pattern with the materials provided. No two kits are exactly the same and colors may vary from the pictures, but you will always receive everything you need to complete your unique project.

What is crash glass?Crash glass is clear or smokey glass with a unique cracked appearance when broken. It creates ornaments with distinctive patterns.

Do you take credit cards?Yes we do. Please complete the customer information section and continue. You will then be given the option to enter your credit card information. For fast transactions, choose our express option.

Do you provide instructions with the kits?We provide everything you need to complete your mosaic kit, including instructions. Instructions will be included with your kit or it will have a QR code that takes you to an instruction page.

Why don't you offer free shipping?The wood we use is heavy. It is 1/2 inch thick. That is twice the thickness of those that obtain their wood outside the country. We source our wood from the USA and hire a craftsman to cut them so you are ensured good quality forms. Additionally, glass is heavy. Don't be fooled by those that provide you with plastic and try to pass it off as glass. With our kits you get everything you need to make your own mosaic glass piece. That includes real wood and real glass.
